Works great but not for long February 7, 2010

This filter was terrific- for the first three weeks. After that I began to notice a difference in the effects on my hair and skin, especially my hair. I refuse to buy a new replacement filter after only a month or two- therefore, I'll assess at the end of at 4 months whether or not the cost is worth it. Disappointing- unless the company can make some sort of improvement in this product to make it perform the full 6 months, or something at least close to that.
