This thing is the greatest!!! I dring carrot juice every day and hated to peel them. Now I can peel 5#'s in less than 5 minutes with no waste. I peel faster than I can run them through the juicer!!!!! Beware of fingers and use the plunger provided. I have a shorter finger now.
