Had mine about a year and the switch on it died. I called them and got immediate help and a replacement sent. (When I had trouble with my Vitamix it was a long wait on the phone for customer service).

I do prefer the Vitamix controls over the "bubble" switches this has, but I love the way it blends. I got the wildside jar as it blends off center and is a nice size.

I thought not having a plunger like the Vitamix would be a problem but this blender works so great you don't need it. I would recommend this over a Vitamix any day of the week.

Also one of the bonuses is that its made in America!
