Robust Blender with great support August 7, 2012

I have been using the Blendtec for about 5 years. I had to replace the carafe due to barring failure. I talked to their agent at a Costco road show and he said to bring the defective part to him. He swapped it on the spot and also informed me about their new cook book. I called customer support and they offered to ship me the new cook book at no charge.
