BUYER BEWARE April 1, 2006
Reviewer: New Buyer from CaliforniaAttention potential buyers of the champion juicer: please do not waste your money on this piece of garbage. Thanks to the triumph of Plastaket and discountjuicer.com's half - truth in advertising, I fooled myself into blowing $200 on this thing. After just the first use with only carrot juice, the whole inside had food stains on it that took a good 20 minutes to clean with bleach, and I bet this will happen with every other proceeding huicing (I just cant wait till I try beets!). But besides this attrocious fault in design, it is also not an efficient juicer at all, and it heats the juice in addition. The thing is a gigantic lumbering piece of crap and based on the time amount of time it takes to clean it, counter to your first belief it would actually be cheaper, more efficient (for juice) and more practical to just get the japanese manual juice presser out of here and just grate your vegetables and press them, and a hand operated wheatgrass juicer if you want wheatgrass, because this thing is terrible with greens. God bless America and truth in advertising. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK - BOX
