There is nothing you can do for people that do not how to work with simple tools. There is a review that says "broke the juicer" that must be total poppycock or some bigger issue at play. The attachment is well designed and since it's not 3rd party company, but the parent company, it fits perfect to spec, and you will not have issues. Not sure why the bad reviews here..but I do have a hunch. A very decent price new, it's an honest move by Champion to come up with this device..for a fair price. Since the item is made of nylon and not plastic, it's sticking with tradition and these are not fragile pieces.
