Few Problems March 3, 2003
Reviewer: A Customer from New OrleansOnly a few problems. Still superior in too many ways to think it's unworthy. The bladed-shaft gets tangled if ground up fiberous matter is stringy. Lemongrass, parsley, etc. need to be chopped finely to not tangle. To avoid heating juice, which kills enzymes, use refrigerated fruits/vegs. Any overheating troubles - put ice through it. To avoid having to re-juice any moist pulp, intermittently feed rinds of lemon, cantelope, etc. to mix and marble the pulp which causes a drier result and therefore more juice for you. Rinds have optimum oils and nutrients, as this is where new growth originates.
