A LITTLE MORE WORK, BUT WORTH IT September 19, 2014

Bought this a little while ago to replace my Omega Vert 350 (which I now only use for traveling). It does take a little longer to process the vegetables through the machine than the Vert and the screen is more work to clean, but the juice is SO MUCH BETTER (less pulp) . If I count the time that I took with the Vert cutting celery and leafy greens in 1/8 inch pieces (so that they wouldn't clog the outlet) and filtering the juice to get rid of the excess pulp, the Greenstar is just as quick and convenient and, as I said, the juice is so much better. I thought that I would keep the vert as I thought it would be better at fruit, but I find that the Greenstar does a far superior job. This is my 4th juicer and I believe it will be the last that I ever buy.
