Had my vitamix TNC 5000 for 12 YEARS!! This literally did not last 12 minutes before it broke :( Was making the hot soup from the vitamix cookbook and it broke before I got 1/4 way through the soup, so much for supper!

it might have been under warranty but I sent it back.

the container and especially the lid and pusher are cheap plastic compared to the vitamix. the top is not tight fitting and leaks , even when 1/2 full.

We have a champion and loved our vitamix, would buy another
