Very cheap product and not in a good way. As soon as the 60 day warranty was up the blender fell apart and is now leaking from the base. Had a Vitamix for over 10 years and it still works. When you contact customer service, they expect you to pay shipping to them and also for them to return the blender once fixed. If the company stands behind the product then extend the warranty and at least pay the shipping.
