Reviewer: A Customer from Chicago, ILI bought this about a month ago and went to turn it on today - nothing. After fiddling for a while, it seems the motor is dead. I've used it just 7 times on soft fruit and veggies. Each time, it takes 5-6 minutes afterwards to clean parts with the included toothbrush! Not handy if you want fresh juice each day. I made big batches of juice (sort of defeating the fresh juice purpose) just so I didn't have to clean it every day. Otherwise, works very well (when it worked). Small footprint and very quiet. I'm sure Hurom will fix or replace my unit and I'll be back up and juicing in no time!
