Used it three times. Every time, juice squeezes out between the juicer bowl and the base, eventually running down the base onto the countertop. And yes the rubber plug is in place. Upon removing the bowl unit for cleaning, I see the juice has also collected around the motor shaft. Only a matter of time before the juice gets down in the motor and shorts it out. Called the company, Hurom, and they don't answer the phone, not even a "hello, leave a message". Oh, also, after just 20 minutes of use (I timed it cause it said not to use it more than 30 minutes)it overheated and shut down. I think I'm screwed out of $359.
