Reviewer: Same Customer from Los AngelesIt's possible to live with the flimsy, plastic, 3/4" fin inside the bottom of the feeder throat. By using a carrot or two along side the small beet (or slice of), the beet can be guided down and prevented from rotating around to get caught against the fin. Care is required to push down GENTLY in any event. The fin should have been made of stainless steel and buyers warned of a less than 3" wide feed (2 1/4"). Misleading advertising sucks. But don't get me wrong. The juicer's design should be improved upon --- not pulled out of the market.
