I was ready for the pulp, and there's lots of it. I was ready to chop greens into tiny little pieces. But I wasn't ready to watch juice dripping down the side of the motor housing. The silicone ring at the bottom leaks the moment I start. And yes, watched all of John's videos and followed instructions. Contacted Kuvings but the obviously know and you get a lecture on how to use it. Only option is to buy aditional silicone rings.

Too bad there's no return policy here once you use it. Wish I'd kept my Omega 8004, slower but never any issues. Wholly disappointing.
