Don't like the bar August 5, 2011

I really do not like the bar that blocks the food in the chute. Why get a wide mouth if they are going to hamper it with that awkward bar!! You still have to cut up all your veggies and fruit, anyway. That is my ONLY complaint -- in every other respect this is a great machine. It really is quiet (for a juicer) and is well made. I do wish it had dual speed though -- you cannot slow it down for soft items and they don't get juiced properly. But the price is RIGHT and it is pretty easy to clean.
