The knob was not positioned correctly and the blade broke, possibly due to some ice getting stuck. Lequip replaced the entire unit. The lid was difficult getting off to add ingredients and the hole in it isn't big enough to add ice cubes without removing it. It was very powerful and made the smoothest texture imaginable. It's the best warranty and service for the price. Hope you like it.
