Quiet, Quick, and Easy August 19, 2002

I've had this dehydrator for only two weeks; replacing a fanless type and I love it. It's about as loud as a kettle boiling and very fast. I've already done herbs and lots of cantalope (yum). Tomato season starts soon here and I can't wait to see how fast it dries. The trays are large and not too bad to clean. I don't regret this purchase.
