This is a great juicer for the money; however, there are two main problems with it.

#1 The juicer spout is WAY too low to the counter. After using the Juiceman II for six years, I read all the reviews and decided this was the juicer for me. Much to my dismay, I could not use my typical 7 inch tall glass because it won't fit under the spout. The juicer had to be placed on a book. If you like to juice in tall glasses beware.

#2 The pulp basket is WAY too small. Fills up much to fast.

Other than that, Great juicer.
