It took a bit longer than it should to arrive and when it did it come w/o a warranty card and user's manual. Discountjuicers quickly directed me to Lequip and Lequip immediately send the missing items. It is good to know customer service is good. They care both the customers and their products. I got my juicer 2 weeks ago. It is great - quiet and easy to clean - and that go along with its clean design.
