I’ve been juicing for 10+ years, once/day. This is my third juicer. I decided to try a different brand to get a quieter model. This model is quieter. Otherwise I am disappointed. There are many parts to be cleaned each time and it is very difficult to keep clean. The food pusher arrived cracked. I emailed the company, the process required in their materials, and never got a response. The motor has smelled of smoke once which never happened with prior juicers. I juice carrots, beets, ginger, spinach or kale, and a granny smith apple...so nothing too strenuous.
