Smooth operation and wisper quiet. Downside: the spout is too low for tall glasses and the pulp container is so narrow I just can get my hand inside it which makes it hard to clean. But I can compensate for that by removing the pulp container and by putting a garbage bag in it's place to collect the pulp. I'm happy, good value!
