This is an excellent machine, makes great quality juice. The weak point is it tends to go off balance as others have stated, but you will learn the proper technique to feed the veggies. Contrary to what someone posted, if parts break,(and they have on mine) they're always replaced free of charge. 10 yr warranty is wonderful! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
