I like that it does not heat up the juice like a champion. I like that it makes great tasting juice. I don't like that is gets off balance and you need 2 people to deal with the juicing- one to put in the juice and the other to hold the cup the juice goes in. It's like a wresting match. I think a Champion is a better juicer. You can juice endlessly and it extracts the pulp. Much easier juicing and cleanup.
