excellent, overlooked juicer February 6, 2005

this is a great juicer. It does veggie, fruit, and grass equally well. The Champion may be faster, but this one is superior in my opinion. It's quiet enough to talk over and won't wake the baby or your neighbors in adjacent hotel rooms. The only issue I have, and it is a minor one, is that the bore is slightly smaller than the Champion, so some carrots have to be chopped a few times to reduce their girth. The pulp comes out drier, and that means more juice. The low RPM moter means no heat damage, so the juice has more nutrients and stays good longer. Excellent, less bread than the Green Life and does wheatgrass really well. Highly recommended.
