I love this juicer! John was very helpful and spent a lot of time emailing me back with my many questions, Thank You, John! The quality of juice is the best, had a minor problem with it in the beginning, John helped me contact Omega and they replaced the part absolutely free and fast! I will never buy a juicer anywhere else, John knows his stuff and I am a customer for life.
