I have had this machine for less than a month. We used it today, and the motor that runs the blades burnt to a crisp. I read the return policy on their website, and you pay to have it shipped in the original box with the original packing, and they may or may not decide to send you a new one. And there is a restocking fee. For a product that costs $70... you would think it would last longer than a month (gasp!)... and then you can't return the broken thing without paying MORE money! In conclusion, don't buy it! Its NOT worth it!
