This screen on this juicer is almost impossible to clean when juicing carrots; the bits of food stick like glue. It products way too much foam and only about 1/10th the amount of juice it should. The pulp is (literally) *hot*. It is a brand new juicer, but their customer service will only repair, not exchange or allow return of it. Stay away from this juicer.
