Cheaply made and bad customer service. January 1, 2012

After 3 years of use the fan motor stopped working. Their customer support said the one year warranty had expired and a replacement part would cost $45. I asked if it was considered normal that this part would only last 3 years and was informed that it should last much longer. Just for comparison, another (much less expensive) unit I have is still working fine after over 10 years. A letter to the president resulted in an offer of a discount to replace the defective part. Stay away from this company!
