I would have given this a 5 star rating except for a single minor design flaw. And that is, when using the juice container supplied with the unit, it takes 3 hands to operate it otherwise the waste pulp will fall into the container of freshly squeezed juice.
This problem was remedied by simply using a taller/narrower cup to catch the juice, with another shorter cup placed beside it to catch the pulp.
Otherwise, it's a wonderful piece of equipment.
