We love this carafe due to the fact it is shorter and more
square which makes it easier to spatula out our favorite sauces and dressings.
This see-through jar allows you to see the mixing process in
action. It also has a drip-free spout for easy pouring. With the raised
markings on the jar with measurements in ounces, cup or metrics, you can easily measure
all your recipes with this container.
The new two part locking lid offers a secure spill-proof fit
and vents to allow hot or cold food expansion. The lid comes with a removable
measuring cap for easily adding ingredients during operation.
The new container is made from the new eastman tritan
copolyester material which means it is BPA-Free, virtually unbreakable, 10% stronger than
the old carafe, and 10x more resistant to damage in the dishwasher and more chemical
resistant.
This is a great upgrade to replace your old style
polycarbonate vitamix carafe that contains BPA. (see below for more info). This is
also great if you need to replace your current carafe or require a spare.

unbreakable, chemical resistant and contains no BPA.

processing from start to finish. It features raised calibrations for easily measuring

Bisphenol A, commonly abbreviated as BPA. BPA, a synthetic sex hormone that mimics
