For storage, place the separator lid on the mill hopper and
snap it into place. Eveything stores cleanly and neatly together. With the storage lid on
the canister you have what looks like a convenient countertop container.
Notes:
About 8 cups of wheat in the hopper will make about 12 cups of flour.
